Dear Patriots of Jefferson County,

I want to introduce myself to you. First, I am a Conservative and Constitutional Republican. I was born in Macau. I came to America when I was a teenager. I came to be free. 

I am a Professional Civil Engineer (PE) and a Certified Flood Plain Manager (CFM), who has also served as Public Works Director. I am an accomplished engineer who is very knowledgeable about roads, water, sewer, and bridges. Essentially, everything related to infrastructure building and maintenance.

I graduated from BYU with a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Fresno State.

As a person, I am a husband, father, and grandfather. My wife, Shannon, is a school teacher. She graduated from Rigby High School. Both Shannon and I are avid readers.

I love America, and I consider myself a student of the Constitution. I have been teaching a constitution class for the last seven years. You might like to check it out. The class is free.
